What happens next? 

Once you contact me, I will offer you a free 20 minute consultation, where we can think together about what type of therapy you would like, weather you would like face to face or online sessions. This consultation will give you the opportunity to see how you feel - It is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. I will give you more information in this consultation and I will be happy to answer any questions or queries that you may have.

Once we decide to work together, we can arrange and agree a day and time that is suitable for both of us, to have your first session. Sessions would then be at the same time and day each week.
